I have brought my Ducati here for service multiple times. The service team is great. Julian is always friendly and knowledgable with updates. He helped me get coverage by Ducati for a service that my bike needed out of warranty. My bike is handled with care and always returned clean. Highly recommend!

Nobody answers the phone at this place. They're notorious for it. All I was doing for that day was picking up a package that was ready for pickup. Yet somehow it took 15 literal minutes because nobody was answering the phone? I'd understand if it was busy but there were literally just 2 other customers. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Even before Covid. I'm done with this place.

Hugo at Wheels In Motion is the man! I called early in the week and told him which bike I was looking at. Worked out a killer deal for me and was very transparent about the process and the costs. Showed up today and everything went smooth. He was definitely focused on making sure I was happy and comfortable with the purchase. Will absolutely go to him again in the future. Loving my new XSR700!
